Here at Central Lakes Eye Clinic, our staff are dedicated in providing the highest quality comprehensive Ophthalmological services. We treat all patients as people, not just medical problems. We respect your individual needs and listen to what you have to say. We try to understand your personal and family circumstances and respond to these appropriately.

 

The receptionist will try to be helpful in answering any questions/requests you have. We try to make sure you get the treatment you need as soon as possible. We try to make your contact with the practice as easy and as pleasant as possible. The Doctor will try to explain clearly and simply what is wrong with your eyes and what he plans to do about it. He will explain as fully as possible any treatment proposed, possible side-effects and any other options before you make a decision.

 

We aim to make sure you get the best possible care. If you need to be referred elsewhere we will do our best to get you the care and treatment you need from Consultants, specialist health services or other agencies.  Please note, if you are referred to another specialist for further treatment, please contact their rooms directly to make an appointment. Please share with us any complaints/compliments to maintain our high standard of service.
